Vintage solid brass cobra snake candlestick holder with rare Celtic knot design on the hood. Most Indian brass cobras have the typical floral etched pattern, but this one features an unusual geometric knotwork motif that's much harder to find.

The coiled serpent tail forms the base while the hooded cobra head rises to hold a taper candle. Beautiful dark aged patina throughout with detailed scale texture on the body and tail. Classic mid century modern silhouette with Art Deco styling that works with Hollywood Regency, bohemian, and eclectic interiors.

Measures approximately 6" tall.
