REMARKS

✓ Mérieux Foundation will cover the cost of airfares only in economy class. You will be asked to pay for any other additional costs related to upgrades.

✓ The conference travel team will make every effort to book your preferred tickets withing the allocated budget. Should you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, you will be asked to pay for any incremental cost.

✓ The conference travel team will arrange accommodation for those invited guests traveling from outside of the Manila area. The Mérieux Foundation will cover accommodation in a single occupancy, breakfast, all scheduled meals, group airport transfers, and scheduled activities as per the program agenda during the conference dates of November 30 – December 2, 2022. Your accommodation will be reserved at the Sofitel Plaza Hotel. If you will be staying for a longer period for your own benefit, the hotel will charge you directly for your extra nights’ accommodation.

✓ All additional costs outside of the parameters listed above are the responsibility of the traveler. Such expenses may include, but are not limited to, companion expenses, itinerary changes, seat and room upgrades, and additional refreshments, home airport transfers, luggage fees, etc.
